Standing with Nepal
Our hearts go out to the people of Nepal following the devastating flash floods that struck the Nepal-China border region on August 26, tearing through Rasuwa, Nuwakot, and Dhading districts. Entire communities were swept away, hundreds have lost their lives, and many more remain missing as rescue efforts continue.
The Kansas City Nepalese Society (KCNS) is rallying our local Nepali community and friends to support relief efforts for those affected. As a South Asian community here in Kansas City, we stand together with our Nepali neighbors during this incredibly difficult time.
