Event Submission Terms

KCdesi basic event listings are free of charge. All submissions are accepted at the sole discretion of KCdesi.com — submission does not guarantee inclusion, and events may be withdrawn at any time. We list events of broad community interest within the Kansas City metro area that serve or celebrate the Indian community.

We generally do not list:

• Regularly scheduled or recurring weekly events
• Yard sales or garage sales
• Events outside the KC Metro area
• Recurring events with no meaningful change week to week (e.g., karaoke, dance classes) — unless cultural or broadly community-serving

We generally do list:

1. Major fundraising events (dinners, banquets, carnivals)
2. Significant entertainment and arts events
3. Large community events of scheduling importance
4. Events our audience has identified as broadly important
