The 5 steps when buying a home!!

Prepare your finances  1. Avoid taking out any new loans or opening credit cards.

Get pre-qualified 2. This will give you a sense of what you can afford in as little as 5 minutes.

Get Pre-approved 3. A loan officer will verify your information and provide a verified pre-approval letter for making strong offers while touring.

Apply for a mortgage 4. This is the big one.  Your loan officer will help you complete and submit a loan application once your offer is accepted.

Close on the loan 5. The final step in the process where everything becomes official.  You’re now a homeowner.
