The Association of Bengalis Kansas City Sangam invites you to celebrate “Sangam Summer Fest 2024” on Saturday, August 24th at Trailridge Middle School, 7500 Quivira Road, Shawnee, KS 66216 from 3 PM – 11 PM.
We are thrilled to present Rabindranath Tagore’s play “RAKTAKARABI”, directed by Dr. Animesh Dhar, in honor of its 100th anniversary.

Additionally, we will be graced by the melodious voice of Dipanwita Chakraborty from Kolkata, a disciple of Pt. Ajoy Chakrabarty. Dipanwita will enchant us with a selection of beautiful Bengali and Hindi melodious songs.

India Nite is Kansas City Indian community’s oldest and largest premier annual cultural event! India Nite 2024 promises to be even more grand and fun than ever before with dances of Bollywood, Regional, Folk and Indian Classical origins.

India Nite 2024 will be held on November 16th, 2024 starting at 2 PM

The venue is Yardley Hall at Midwest Trust Center, Johnson County Community College

India Fest 2024 will take place on Sunday, August 11th, 2024, from 11:00 am to 6:00 pm at the Overland Park Convention Center, 6000 College Boulevard, Overland Park, KS 66212. This year’s theme, “One Community, Many Stories: Celebrating Diversity, Building Unity,” highlights the rich cultural diversity and unity within the Indian community. The festival, collectively hosted by various regional organizations, offers an immersive experience into the vibrant tastes, sounds, and sights of India through live music, dance, food, and entertainment.
