June 2021 Market Update

Below you will find a link to the June 2021 Local Market Report from the Kansas City Regional Association of REALTORS® and Heartland Multiple Listing Service. Highlights from the June data include:

• June 2021 average sales price for new and existing homes combined ($316,449) is 15.1% higher than June 2020.
• There were 4,600 home sales (new and existing combined) for June 2021, which is 5.5% higher than last June (4,361).
• Home inventory (new and existing combined) for June 2021 (3,499) is 41.7% lower compared to June 2020 (5,998).
• The supply of new and existing homes for June 2021 is currently 0.9 months.
